At Las Palmas Beach Club, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

However, we are happy to replace or refund products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
Proof of purchase is required

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at:

📦 Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue:

A replacement (if available), or
A refund to your original payment method

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Opened or used skincare products
Products purchased more than 14 days ago
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

Las Palmas Beach Club is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses or carrier delays. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier.

We’ll do our best to assist you in locating your order, but refunds for lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
