At Las Palmas Beach Club, we’re committed to delivering your skincare essentials as smoothly and promptly as possible. Whether you’re shopping from within the U.S. or internationally, here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
📦 Processing Time
All orders (domestic and international) are processed within 7 to 14 business days. This includes time to prepare your products, conduct quality checks, and package your order with care.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another once your order has shipped, including tracking details.
US Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)
Once processed, estimated delivery times are by Standard Shipping and are processed within 7-14 business days.
Please note: delivery times may vary due to weather, postal delays, or high-volume seasons.
🌍 International Shipping
We’re proud to ship worldwide! Estimated delivery times are 10-22 days, depending on your location.

💸 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes once it arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
⚠️ Delays & Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

❌ Order Cancellations & Address Changes
If you need to cancel or edit your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After that time, orders begin processing and may not be eligible for changes.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
