These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you”) and Las Palmas Beach Club (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm you are legally of age to enter into binding contracts. 

3. Orders, Payments & Pricing

  • Payment must be made at checkout using accepted methods listed on our site.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, modify order acceptance, or cancel orders at our discretion.

By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Las Palmas Beach Club, its owners, affiliates, employees, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses — including legal fees — arising out of or in connection with:

  • Any breach of applicable laws or regulations

  • Any allergic reaction, sensitivity, or adverse effect related to use of our products

All products are intended for external use only. It is the responsibility of the customer to read ingredient lists and usage instructions carefully and to perform a patch test prior to use. Las Palmas Beach Club is not responsible for any adverse reactions that may occur.
